Where it came from
Roughly 2004 to 2013. The NAME is internet folk-taxonomy, coined retroactively around 2017 on aesthetics wikis, and combines the typeface Frutiger with Windows Aero. No designer working at the time called it this, which is worth knowing before citing it in a room of designers.
